The supplement industry generates over $50 billion in annual revenue, yet it remains one of the least regulated consumer markets in the United States. Products reach shelves without proving efficacy, without disclosing complete formulations, and without independent verification that label claims match bottle contents. We think that is unacceptable.
Freak Naturals exists to bring clarity to the chaos of consumer supplements. We read the studies. We check the doses. We look for independent testing. And when a product doesn’t meet our standard, we say so plainly.
The result is a curated library of products that have earned their place through evidence, transparency, and manufacturing integrity. If it is on our site, it survived the gauntlet.

We don’t feature proprietary blends. We look for products where every ingredient and its exact dose is disclosed on the label.

We check whether key active ingredients are present at doses supported by peer-reviewed human studies — not just sprinkled in for label appeal.
High Standards
Most products we evaluate don’t earn a recommendation. We review formulation, sourcing, and evidence before featuring anything on our site.
